The National 1 August 2011
No matter how it is committed, rape is a very unpleasant crime against humanity, a national court judge said.
This society is being fed to the dogs by men who are so selfish and corrupt and care about no-one else except themselves, Judge Nicholas Kirriwom said.
He said the act of sex between a man and a woman was not an act of torture or evil but an expression of love and affection when a man and woman unite physically.
He said that rapists abuse such a blessed act to fulfill themselves without any regard for the victim. There was no meaning to it except revulsion and utter disgust from all decent and peace loving men and women.
