There is an uncountable number of gay men who die from colorectal perforation caused by some gay man shoving his fist up his anus and damaging the colon wall. Bacteria enter the bloodstream of the foolish victim.
If the gay man dies of infection, there is no way that anyone can be charged with murder. Any gay fister will tell the police that this man had been fisted by 30 gay men over the last month. He has a history of drinking poppers which can be fatal. Case closed.
