BALANCED DIET

The National April 15 - the Liklik National

It is important to eat a balanced meal each day. Such a meal has foods from three groups (1) protein meat like chicken (2) protective -fruit and greens and (3)  energy -vegetables and kaukau.

1. helps control body weight,

2. strengthens the immune system that fights off disease,

3. gives more energy to work and play,  and

4. helps you to sleep better.
