There would be millions of victims of HIV/AIDS in the world who are dying with no access to ART.
They may live in the highlands of Papua New Guinea or in isolated parts of countries without care centres. Some will finish their supply of ART medicine and not return for resupply for a month or two for reasons that may not be their fault - floods, landslides and tribal fighting.
The virus has now become immune to the ART. After spoiling the first and second levels of ART, there can be no hope left but for the victim to die a hideous death as a brain damaged skeleton.

Without ART, we go back to the old alternative of die quickly after a period of 5-8 years of suffering. The victim may have no opportunity to follow Positive Living without family, clean water, nutritious food or peace. They may smoke marijuana and take alcoholic drinks.
Without ART or Positive Living, the body will sink fast after 4-5 years. There will be weight, memory, hair, muscle and fingernail loss. The person will look like a skeleton, wracked by brain damage, dementia, delusions, hallucinations and infections.
Many will wake at night in fear of being attacked by evil spirits. They will see spirits in their room hovering to kill them. The screams will bring fear to the family who may regard the sickness as the result of sorcery with the need for an innocent victim to die as a sorcerer.
Some will go to town and forget how to get home. They have left electric appliances on and walked out forgetting to switch off.
