DAUGHTER DECIDED TO STAY WITH NAPE

My daughter Rachael has attended Welfare meetings to discuss her eviction from the accommodation that Nape wanted her to have. She was kicked out by psychopath son Yaldiye with her two small sons.

Yaldiye was advised by the Welfare officer to attend two meetings but he has not come. He sees himself as a high value Chimbu who is exempt from accounting for his conduct. He is above the law. Let us see him avoid a District Court hearing and a default judgment.

Three days ago he texted my daughter and asked her bank account number as he was about to put money into her account to cover the money he has withheld from her. No money has come.

Rachael is preparing a statement for a Court Writ. Her style is grade 8 standard so her father has helped her to polish the work. She is taking Yaldiye to Court. 

He needs to explain (1) kicking her out on to the street with Nape's sons (2) taking away her allowance and rental apartment (3) accusing her falsely of murdering his father which he repeated to Chimbu men at the funeral and (4) falsely accusing her of sex with his brother.

I completed the statement as  my daughter had agreed. She took the report and checked for accuracy.

I was shocked to read her corrections one of which stated she had decided to stay with Jeffrey Nape. She said that she could not run away as she and sons would be found and brought back. 

Her father was getting old and sick. She did not want him to die and for her to be a single mother on the street with no one to support her. So she decided to stay with Nape.

I support her now as it shows clearly she had no intention of murdering Nape. He was the person to look after her and sons despite his scumbag ways.

So it serves to point the finger at the son who deliberately delayed admitting his father to hospital until he was close to death. He gave him unidentified medicine. He withheld the autopsy report.

The son hated his father for kicking his mother out on the street to die and then telling lies to the children that she was still alive. Nape wanted sex with little girls.

But now the same son is kicking my daughter out to die on the streets with Nape's sons. Like father like son.

In the media yesterday was a report that abused women always face accusations from the violent man. 

It seems that Rachael is facing the same with accusations of murder and sex from the scumbag son who does not want to share apartments with the little boys.

All Nape's children have an apartment to rent. That includes two little boys whose mother is my daughter.

PREDATOR NAPE AND GROUP SEX

Company tax is undoubtedly not paid to the Internal Revenue Commission. The path for rent is from the tenants wallet into Nape pockets. No receipt books or account records. No annual report.

I kept a low profile away from Yaldiye as this 26 year old had a fierce bite like a mad dog. He was far under me in humanity. I am not afraid of him just wary as I would with a vicious dog.

He saw himself as a clever operator who would tell whatever lies that he felt would win an argument. 

He is trapping himself at the present time starting with lies about company tax and my daughter as his father's girl friend.

At the funeral, scumbag Yaldiye gave a speech to assembled Chimbus and told lies. He said he loved his father who was his mother and father. 

What about the dead mother whose face is tattooed on his arm? The word is that Nape never told his children she was dead and they waited for years to meet her. The children hated Nape their father.

Yaldiye told the Chimbus that his father was murdered by my daughter.  What if he had my daughter killed? Her only crime was to be an 18 year old girl raped and brutalized  by Nape almost all her teenage life.

Indications are that Nape was murdered by his eldest son who refused to take him to hospital for treatment until three days before he died. There is said to be an autopsy report from PIH that is held by the elder son that no one is to read. The Court can order a copy.

Now scumbag Nape junior has told my daughter that she was only his father's girl friend and not entitled to financial help after his death. 

Not even to send her children to school. But that means he has no claim on the sons. Now he has decided my daughter is part of the family. Nape the liar in action. Elder son now is not attending Zion Zeal church school with fees not paid.

Psychopath Nape has kicked my daughter and sons out on to the street and gave her room to a security guard. I pay the rent on a small room but have difficulty buying food too.

I came from Lae ready to support my daughter and the hotel. But the vicious Napes are like the dogs that prowl the yard and bite. 

So the so-called hotel still suffers from rats in the ceiling that come down and bite at night, a swimming pool in the centre of the hotel grounds that is used as a rubbish dump and faulty electrical installations that can cause fire with no fire alarms. 

Tenants can die. Children can fall over balconies on to concrete below with rails that can be climbed through or crawled through.

Nape has now decided he is my daughter's step son but she and sons are still on the street. Smart arse tricks are not working for him.

Yaldiri texted yesterday that money is to be paid to her account but it will not match the K4000 given to the rest of the family without tax. There will not be enough for school fees or rent for a reasonable flat for her family.

He will probably make one deposit and then ignore his so-called step-mother who is no longer a girl-friend to his dead father. That is clever psychopath Yaldiye in action.

Our next move will be to the Public Solicitors office and District Court. I will contact the Taxation office on company tax and annual returns and talk to police about the death of Nape. All these website reports will form part of the statements.

If Yaldiya fails to attend Court at the prescribed time, a default judgment will be awarded against him. He is not very clever. Today he failed to attend the Child Welfare meeting twice despite promises to the welfare officer by phone.

Yaldiye hated his father but pretended at the funeral to be loving and grieving. The family hated him for kicking out their mother and pretending for many years that she was alive when she was dead. Son Yaldiye has her picture tattooed on his arm. The children waited for years to see her. Nape wanted to be buried in the village. Yaldiye buried him at Morauta - final punishment.

Nape was very ill about 4 years ago but his son refused to take him to the hospital, He admitted his father after 3 weeks when he was 3 days from death. He told the congregation at Sione Kami church funeral that his father was a mother and father to him. Liar. He gave medicine to his father.

Yaldiye has publicly accused Rachael of killing his father. She was 18 at the time and suffered from daily rape from the father and punishment for clothes that he objected to. She did all the housework while Yaldiye and brothers and sister sat on their arses.

TESTIMONY OF YALDIYE NAPE TO POLICE WITH LAWYER

THREAT OF CYBERCRIME CHARGE

I have been threatened with a charge of cybercrime. I have responded over several years to a hate campaign waged by the AusAID and UN paedophiles, Jeffrey Nape who stole my daughter and paedophile Sir Peter Barter who threatened me with prison for child abuse. 

Let Yaldiye Nape seek a Court response. He would not dare. He has been playing tricks to lead all suspicion away from him on the death of his father. My daughter has been the main victim. The brave Chimbu thugs threatened her with death if her sons died on the street.

I have fought my way through all of that making all the attackers afraid to move a hair in response. In many ways I would welcome being charged with cybercrime but the attackers will come out worse.
