NUTRITION FOR LIVING

The first is not to eat too much either protein, carbohydrates or fat. Have a daily diet of fruit and vegetables with the vegetables not overcooked to destroy the vitamins and nutrients.

Drink clean water daily. Avoid drinks that contain large amounts of sugar. Do not eat too much salt.

Eat dietary fibre. Eat nuts for protein and duietary fibre. Avoid too much processed food. Choose white meat rather than red meat.

I am waiting patiently for the foreign activists from the United Nations and AusAID who clamed that people living with HIV/AIDS died with Positive Living and fruit and vegetables. The picture is getting bigger now with a fruit and vegetable diet for Coronavius, SARS and MERS.

Fat kills obese people with Coronavirus. Fruit and vegetables strengthens the immune system that protects the body from infection.
