THREE VIEWS ON FAMILY

There are three major views on family. The Moslem view sees the family as dominated by men and boys. Women are totally subservient to the men and may be subject to honour killings.

The gay and lesbian activist view across the Christian democratic world is that family is not recognised and that the women, boys and girls are free to have rights with no responsibilities specified.

Men are not regarded as part of the family. Gay and lesbian activists push for a same-sex family with equal rights.

The Christian view is that family is God given and that men and women should work together in a family for the welfare of the boys and girls.

The Old Testament states that a man is in charge but that he should love, respect and honour his wife and daughters. And they should do the same. Sons should be taught the same outlook.

It comes down to the fact that the world gay and lesbian view is that the Christian families are the enemy that have to be weakened and authority of parents removed. They would not dare try the same for Muslim families.
