HEART ATTACKS AND STROKES

The nutrients pass through the wall of the small intestine to the hepatic portal vein to be processed in the liver.

But the fats go by a different route through the small lymphatics to the lymph vessels that empty into the vena cava of the heart. 

We see the fat on the hearts of sheep in the supermarket meat trays obviously fed on fatty food by the farmer.

The fats empty into the heart. These can break off and block the arteries and capillaries of the heart and cause severe chest pain as the heart muscle dies. Blockages can cause HEART ATTACK and death.

People who eat fatty food can have high blood cholesterol. The gluggy nutrients will circulate in the blood and cause blood clots and blockage of the flow of blood. 

Blockage to the brain can cause a STROKE that cuts off supply to the brain. People who survive can lose motor, emotional, thinking and speech functions that may sink further with subsequent strokes.

When there is a major blockage to the brain, there may be a build up of pressure to the artery in the neck and a fatal bubble as in a faulty bicycle tube. This is called an ANEURISM.

My father died in 1968 aged 53 years of strokes from HYPERTENSION. He could not think or speak at the end of his life. My mother died of an ANEURISM in 1981 at the age of 61 years.

So many of my father's army mates from the 9th Division in the Middle East and New Guinea died of hypertension within 15 years of discharge. I had so many army mate uncles who just died.
