In the Papua New Guinea HIV/AIDS response, the nation has been infested with men hating foreign lesbian activists who are doing their best to damage families and promote the rights without responsibilities of women and girls. 

Of course there is violence of men to women and girls but there are also thousands of kind gentle family men who are all blamed by the lesbian activists.
