The Positive Living message has taken its place within the paradigm shift of the Government of Papua New Guinea towards loving family with emphasis on the rights and responsibilities of men and boys.
But there is never any media message from the National AIDS Council on FAMILY. It seems that there are still national gays, lesbians and paedophiles still secretly focused on gay, lesbian and paedophile rights and sulking about the focus on family.
That does not matter as the focus can be taken up by the care groups and churches. The only danger are that there are still homosexual activists in Australia waiting to block aid to any family promoting church.
