Foreign paedophiles state that parental discipline is child abuse. Do we believe them?
A pastor has warned that some men were failing to
manage their families and creating social problems. The pastor was Reverend Leo
Kunumb of the Melanesia Nazarene Bible College.
He said
that men fail to understand their true worth of having instant authority of
management and stewardship over family and society. Hence we see all kinds of
problems in the family, society and community.
Men today have lost their management and leadership
ability and potential God has bestowed on them.
PARENTS TOLD TO DISCIPLINE CHILDREN
Police in Port Moresby are advising parents to talk to
their children before sending them to school. Discipline starts at home.
Parents have an obligation to teach their children.
All parents should account for their children’s
activities before school, while in school and after school. Schools should also
monitor students.
Police were tipped off that a group of students were in a
cult circle and one boy was lying unconscious. Police rounded them up. Police
found marijuana and alcohol in their possession.
Students were released to their parents and school
board to deal with them. If the students continued to be involved in
anti-social activities, they would be arrested.
