There are moves being made across the Christian soft target nations for children to be taken by the State. This is what happens in dictatorships.
Hitler saw all German children as belonging to the Third Reich. Stalin saw Soviet children as having the first loyalty to the state.
Parents have only the responsibility to care for children but no rights as to the children's future.
In a democracy, the state is the people. It is the servant of the people. It carries out the wishes of the people.
When the state serves only the interests of a few, it becomes a dictatorship.
Papua New Guinea must make sure that it does not fall under the control of a foreign sexual dictatorship.
We all know that children have rights. They can not be put into the cooking pot and eaten for lunch.
But parents and children form families that the expatriate gays and lesbians seek to destroy.
They want people to live as separate individuals. Family and wantok system are to be destroyed.
World gays and lesbians have taken the strategy to regard all children as not belonging to parents.
They are accountable to the state which gays, lesbians and paedophiles take to be themselves as teachers and welfare officers.
We see that in education. Parents have no say in curriculum. This is supported in the US Supreme Court.
The United States is going off the rails.
In Massachusetts, there is a gay and lesbian curriculum made available to all students regardless of the reaction of parents.
In South Africa, gays, lesbians and paedophiles control the curriculum.
The greater numbers of lesbians in South Africa are teenage girls, products of lesbian education in schools. Parents are completely removed from their children.

With the separation of church and state, objections based on religion are not deemed valid. Gays and lesbians have hijacked the sexuality of children.
School programs are intended not only to promote homosexual propaganda but also to recruit boys and girls. There are people born gay and lesbian but others can choose the lifestyle.
Now we read in Papua New Guinea newspaper The National of 10 May 2012 that children in schools are to be given condoms as part of their education.
This will leave the Department of Education open to legal action if condoms are given to children under 18 years, the age of consent.
Parents have the right in law to seek the Department to be deemed accomplices in perversion of under-age children.
Parents have rights in relation to the welfare of their under-age children. These rights can not be taken away by gay, lesbian and paedophile teachers. Or naive US presidents.
This policy has been objected to by Catholic Education. Parents are seen by the Church as being pushed aside.
This has AusAID gay and lesbian agenda written all over it. The Department of Education has the Personal Development program grades 6-12.
Now this is to be sabotaged by distribution of condoms to children. The nation will be awash with condoms.
It is giving a message to children that completely negates the Personal Development curriculum of family and relationships.
It is changing the focus of schools from basics of reading, writing and arithmetic to sex.
It is time for the people to rise again and demand that the Department of Education is accountable to Government.
Government is accountable to people. Government is certainly not accountable to anonymous foreign activists who are accountable only to their own sexual agenda.
Sources in the Salvation Army advise that AusAID has threatened to cut funding if the Salvation Army does not comply with the requirement to distribute condoms.
Sources in the Department of Education advise that their proposals for funding have been rejected by AusAID because of inclusion of faith education.
Papua New Guinea will have to ignore the Constitution and accept the sovereignty of the gay and lesbian scumbags of AusAID. Faith is part of the Constitution of this nation.
A gay and lesbian lifestyle school curriculum for PNG is next on the agenda. Then gay and lesbian same sex marriage followed by adoption of children.
