There is a new past-time in Port Moresby involving the mass distribution of condoms. Young girls from the age of 7 years, love to get condoms which they distribute to their girl friends.
They give two condoms to each girl to be opened and filled with water. The necks are tied together to be hung around the neck of the young girl, facing front.
There you have it - a seven year old girl with a pair of large water breasts to be worn in strutting around with girl friends similarly attired.

Young boys just fill the condoms with water to be used in water fights.
There was a plan for the Department of Education to distribute condoms to school children. That will be great. There will be water fights and girls strutting around the school ground with water breasts.
