POSITIVE LIVING IS THE WORLD MESSAGE

In recent months, the PNG Positive Living message has come into its own in TV reports from the Seventh Day Adventist channel 3ABN, BBC World News and last night on ABC news.

Sabotaged for over a decade in PNG by UN and AusAID paedophiles as a killer message, the focus is on healthy living with no high blood pressure, strokes, heart attacks, cancer and diabetes 2.

The foreign paedophiles were more concerned with destroying families and taking the children as part of the world LGBT family to be available for sex with world paedophiles. There were those who worked to destroy my family to take my two daughters.

AIDS Holistics has been more than 20 years ahead of the foreign paedophiles and the National HIV/AIDS campaign on Positive Living in families. It is not new knowledge but related to strengthening the immune system for those suffering from HIV/AIDS.

People with the virus and taking antiretroviral medication must follow Positive Living through all their lives. Taking ARV medication is not enough. 

They can suffer from LIPODYSTROPHY that removes fat from arms, legs, face and buttocks but relocates the fat in the abdomen and the internal organs causing heart problems and diabetes two. This is called visceral fat from too much fat and carbohydrates. 

Too much sugar causes high blood sugar, diabetes two and heart attacks. We all must drink more water and less soft drink and beer.

We all need to take fibre every day but most of us do not. Fibre comes with vegetables and fruit, nuts and grains, lean meat with weekbix and cornflakes.

AIDS Holistics has brought healthy living to PNG and for this has suffered intimidation, violence and attempted murder at the hands of foreign paedophiles and national traitors. The Positive Living message can no longer be sabotaged.
