TESTING FOR KIDNEY STONES

The National 1 February 2019

The problem with kidney stones is that if we open on Google we find that much food that we eat in healthy living will actually cause kidney stones. Read Google for yourself.

The Pacific International Hospital has offered free tests on kidney stones.

We are advised of the following symptoms: (1) severe pain in the groin and/or side (2) blood in urine (3) white blood cells or pus in the urine (4) reduced urine excretion (5) pain during urination and (6) frequent urination at night.

Kidney stones can be caused by too little calcium in the blood and a build up of uric acid. We prevent kidney stone build up by very careful Positive Living.

When I lived in Port Moresby, my friend was Professor Mathias Sapuri of Pacific International Hospital.

He encouraged me to keep strong in promoting Positive Living. He said the message was totally accurate.
