MAKE POLITICIANS ACCOUNT FOR DSIP FUNDS

The problem with PNG is that too much is left to the politicians to fund projects in their electorates.

Many have no idea of how to build infrastructure. They need to be helped with provincial infrastructure plans.

They need to be made accountable.Their funding is entirely at their discretion.

Who is to criticize them if they spend all their DSIP funds on their own clan and ignore the rest? There is no overall plan to work from. Please click:

ACCOUNTABILITY IS THE KEY

Between elections, there should be a hand-take take-over of continuing projects.

But politicians never want to continue projects that others have started. Construction of roads between provinces has to be shared.

There should be a framework for politicians to work from to include school buildings, roads, bridges, health centres across the entire electorate. Please click:

TIME FOR ACTION WITH DYSFUNCTIONAL PNG

What hope is there for an electorate that has just elected a grass roots member who knows nothing of infrastructure development?

The member has other plans for the DSIP funding of K19 million.
