OUR BASIC BLOGSPOT IS COMPLETE

After 10 years of research and writing, AIDS Holistics has completed the basics of AIDS awareness in the present blog spot. We have great confidence in the value of our work.

In 2004, we started a website that attracted 600,000 hits in 5 years. The newness of Positive Living has dropped but our new blog spot should have 24,000 hits by the end of 2012.

Already after 16 weeks in August 2011, there are over 6000 hits from you readers particularly from PNG, Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom and Malaysia.

The work is not complete. There will always be information to bring knowledge up to date. There will be new research on Google on the effects of HIV on the body.

We have found so much resistance in the AIDS community to the attack of the virus on the gut and the importance of nutrition in building up the body while being protected by antiretroviral drugs.

It is the only way to go.  There was once a controversy in South Africa about the importance of nutrition over ARV drugs. But the ensuing heated debate caused many people to ignore the truth that nutrition is the key in support of ARV drugs. President Mbeki got it part right.

Each day, there will be reports in the Papua New Guinea media on some aspect of Positive Living.

All newspapers in this country are giving focus to healthy living, the rights and responsibilities of men and women, the importance of family and of role models.

Every report on the good work of some man, woman or child is actually providing role models to the community. This is how  the media will lead the way to us all.

Congratulations to the Weekend Courier and the Sunday Chronicle for the excellence of their health focus. We hope that all journalists will use this blog spot for reference material and angles to follow. The role of women as journalists is understood and valued.

Congratulations to journalist of The National Thomas Hukahu who has brought the newspaper into the classroom with lesson material for students and teachers. He has a focus on the learning culture of the home and the importance of loving discipline.

We ask all care organizations to use our blog spot for new ideas. New workers can learn much by opening documents from the cover page or archives and surfing the blog spot to read what interests them.

There are no known errors in fact in our reports. The blog spot has been prepared by a teacher with family background and studies in physiology.

He has written reports in simple English. There have been people who advise that they read the blog spot to improve their English.

Our blog spot will go on as long as possible. There is always something new and something to update. We now look to the PNG media for up to date insights on a daily basis.
