LOWER RISK OF CANCER

The National 11 June 2020

To lower your cancer risk, vegetables and whole grains should be on your menu and processed food and red meat should be off, according to the American Cancer Society.

It is best not to drink alcohol. People should be getting more exercise than previously recommended.

A good diet and regular exercise is important because people can maintain a healthy weight.

The world cancer research fund reports 12 cancers associated with being overweight. Diets that seem to lower cancer risk are heavy on vegetables.

Footnote: The Positive Living message was based on this knowledge. It also came from the curriculum of the Papua New Guinea Medical School.

AusAID paedophiles spread the word that fruit and vegetables killed people. So did anal sex and gut parasites. Perhaps the low coronavirus infection level in PNG is due to the nutrition of villagers centred on garden produce.

Positive Living involves nutrition of fruit and vegetables, clean water, reduced alcohol, cigarettes and more exercise. It strengthens the immune system against HIV, tuberculosis, coronavirus, high blood pressure, diabetes 2 and cystic fibrosis.
