There has been a response in the form of an email to a number of sources in Papua New Guinea setting out the writing of Nonie Darwish an American-Arab women's rights activist who puts a view on Shariah Law and the danger to western countries.

We have tried to show that there is a gentle and family loving Islam. But Nonie Dawish claims that this is not true. She writes that women have no rights from early childhood.

I do not know enough of Moslem living to make a comment. But if her words are true, the soft target nations will be from the Christian democracies of Britain, United States and Australia.
