He has decided not to threaten to close the operations. Instead he has given a response about consultation, consultation and more consultation. It is all wonderful and Nautilus is wonderful.
No mention is made of the pollution from arsenic and cyanide, the combined environmental impact with Ramu NiCo, Marengo and Frieda River Mines.
There is no mention of blasting or whether or not there will be disposal of toxic waste at sea.

I have been involved with several environmental campaigns against pollution in Australia, particularly the toxic waste incinerator planned for Port Phillip Bay in Melbourne in 1985.

There has been no consultation with the tuna. Consultations with the community probably worked by the bullshit baffles village brains principle.
