WAR BETWEEN AUSAID AND NATIONAL AIDS COUNCIL

For 10 years, there has been a covert war waged between AusAID the Australian AID organization and the Papua New Guinea AIDS Council.

It is a war started and continued by Australian gay and lesbian advisors. The demand was that the focus be on condoms to be used when people "koap". This caused massive resentment in the community, particularly among the churches.

All national officers, even the PNG doctors, were totally subservient and were afraid to give any public opinion without permission of the AusAID clerks. The national Director was totally under thumb.

Failure to do so would result in black-banning from the privatized AIDS consultancies that had sprung up. Silence reigned except on the AIDS Holistics blogspot.

The message was not on abstinance though this was one component of the ABC strategy. Australian gay and lesbian advisors bullied the churches. They will do the same even today in every other Pacific country.

The message was that if you want to koap "go up", use a condom. There was total covert banning on the family message. Enter AIDS Holistics.

Our NGO was secretly banned. We were excluded from all input, due to our non-conformity to the gay and lesbian agenda.

The control of funding enabled gross gay and lesbian nepotism. A senior lesbian officer double-dipped with an NGO Help Resources.

While working for AusAID, she prepared text books in her own organization that she approved and took payment that she approved. That is fraud.

In about 2005, the AusAID advisors announced Operation Last Chance. The threat was that if the blackfellas did not toe the line, aid would cease. Cheeky. Please click:

OPERATION LAST CHANCE

Then the Australian advisor commitment ceased. Then the aid stopped to the National AID Council. This week the Head of AusAID aid support Geoff Clark advised that aid would cease. He is playing tricks.

But it has long ceased. National AIDS Council funding is by the Papua New Guinea Government. AusAID still gave funding but it went straight to the care organizations and well-behaved conforming churches.

It meant that the gay and lesbian agenda had a strangle-hold on the PNG HIV/AIDS Response. That may continue into the future.

Family and faith are banned. The official gay and lesbian view is that family and faith discriminate against people who have no family and faith.

That means no talk about nutrition as this discriminates against people who have no food. No talk about exercise as this discriminates against the disabled.

The recent report in the Post Courier showed a division of care groups supported by the National AIDS Council and AusAID to the present day.

AusAID funds those groups that support or do not oppose the gay and lesbian agenda. Some churches get funding which means they distribute condoms / support women's rights and do not run training on family. Community needs are the last priority. Please click:

The National AIDS Council undoubtedly gives funding to churches that support family and may or may not distribute condoms. Please click:

CHURCH CALL TO RECOGNIZE MEN

It may be that churches will get funding from AusAID if they support some aspect of the gay and lesbian agenda. They may oppose condoms but support women's rights and oppose family awareness. They get limited funding.

There are gay and lesbian supporting groups that have always been given AusAID funding because they give full support to the gay and lesbian agenda.

These included Tingim Laip, I gat Hop and Save the Children. Tingim Laip arose out of the earlier gay and lesbian times. They would be competing with the National AIDS Council for the hearts and minds of the rural boys and girls.

I gat Hop was very much under the control of NAPWA, an Australian organization that promotes a gay and lesbian Positive Living message that excludes family and faith. Photos of NAPWA staff show mainly same-sex couples.

We have to look carefully at church groups that get full funding from AusAID. They are undoubtedly betraying the community and God.

It reminds us that in World War 2, some German Catholic priests became senior officers in the Gestapo. Some churches in this country will support the AusAID and UN gay and lesbian Gestapo......all for the money.

Thank God that the Churches Alliance is supported by the National AIDS Council. The UNAIDS bid to take the Churches Alliance failed badly.

Remember the time last year when an UNAIDS officer addressed the Port Moresby Ministers' Fraternal. He told them they should not oppose adultery. He was ex-AusAID.

He said that marriages grow stronger when the partners can go off and have sex on the side. That almost caused a riot of clergy. He was rescued by Dame Carol Kidu. This is the quality of UN advice. None of us can escape the damage of adultery. Please click:

UNITED NATIONS BURNS BRIDGES

Remember the corrupt gay Head of UNAIDS Stewart Watson telling the community on World AIDS Day 2010 that they must not hide behind family and faith. Creep.

Remember the words of the last Chairman of the National AIDS Council Secretariat Wep Kanawi who announced to the community that family was at the epicentre of the National HIV/AIDS Response.
