The trick is to find a boy or two who have been sexually abused by a given paedophile. That can be used as the basis of a criminal charge. Australian paedophiles would face the Courts in Papua New Guinea and Australia.

One problem in past years has been that there have been paedophile Supreme Court judges. It is hoped that they would disqualify themselves when tasked to hear a charge of paedophilia.

But there is never any report on expatriate paedophiles being sentenced except Martens and Moti. They were in a special category of being non-AusAID and regarded as fair game by Australian Federal Police.

Not only that Martens and Moti were the enemy. They were accused of being heterosexual paedophiles not gay or lesbian. They have no right to steal the boys and girls of the gays and lesbians.

Perhaps the police should have a hotline for boys and girls to report paedophiles. Then the expatriate paedophiles would always have the feeling that their day is coming.
