Reference was made to the corruption of the Australian Federal Police (AFP) in setting up Fred Martens who spent 1000 days in gaol on a trumped up charge.
I experienced corruption of AFP/ECP in 2005. At that time, I was temporary caretaker of 3 Angels Care at East Boroko that housed several PLWHA who had taken over the centre and refused to leave. I was helping the owner who could not handle the situation.
The ringleaders were Peter Momo, Maura Elaripe and Margaret Marabe who ruled the hijacked centre with violence. They claimed that the centre was their own private accommodation and had so far successfully bullied the owner Joe Lari.
AIDS Holistics was working with Joe Lari to set up a Family Positive Living Centre at East Boroko.
But this was opposed by the AusAID lesbians Elizabeth Cox (now head UN Women), gay Stewart Watson (now head of UNAIDS in the Pacific) and Sharon Walker who all ruled the national HIV/AIDS response with a rod of iron.

They were gay and lesbian anti-family in the extreme. So too the troublemaking PLWHA who wanted to booze, have sex and party away from family. Some had been rejected by family because of their violence and trouble-making.
Women at 3 Angels Care had brought in "husbands" who were violent drunks and threatened the new caretaker, destroying the purpose of the centre in promoting Positive Living.
Jay was the violent "husband" of Maura Elaripe. He was a drunken boy who would return to the centre violent at any time.
He was the cousin of Maura's husband and was HIV negative. At one time, he hit the caretaker from behind with an iron bar and kicked him in the back. He had been told to do so by Elaripe. He is believed to be HIV positive now which does not help Maura's family acceptance.
Marabe ruled the centre with violence and a long bladed knife. She had stabbed the caretaker on two occasions. She had evicted two new tenants at knife point. She used her room for prostitution.
She was the one who claimed to the media to have seen PLWHA buried alive in a highlands village. But she could not remember where.
Sandy had a live-in "husband" Corporal John of Taurama Barracks, living in a married quarter on base with his wife and children. He used 3 Angels Care Centre as a weekend home away from home. He would bash Sandy at any time and threaten the caretaker.
After one violent incident, the caretaker banned him from the centre. Corporal John attacked the caretaker knocking him unconscious on the dark street witnessed by the two daughters of the caretaker aged 8 and 7 years old.
The caretaker reported the assault to the police at Kila Kila police station and the case was recorded by an ECP officer. After a week nothing had happened. Corporal John was laughing at the caretaker saying the case would not get to Court. He was right.
The caretaker was told by the ECP policeman in his shiny handcuffs, revolver and baton on his belt that the case had been dropped as advice from above was that the children were too young to testify in Court. They had not even been interviewed.
The only conclusion was that AFP /ECP had been advised by the lesbian AusAID advisors of the old story that the caretaker was a violent, womanising child abuser. So the case was dropped. This was the Martens and Moti cases in reverse.
Comment: It was most probable that the PLWHA from 3 Angels Care contacted the AusAID lesbians who were pressuring them to stop the Positive Living Training Centre. They contacted the ECP lesbians and told them to drop the charges against Corporal John. So the case was dropped.
It was likely that there was a strong contingent of gay and lesbian AFP/ECP officers. The arrests of Moti and Martens were cynical attempts to show AFP was on the job with sex tourism. It was significant that Moti and Martens were heterosexual and not working for AusAID.
AusAID, Foreign Affairs and AFP officers knew they were safe from arrest not being heterosexual.
The founder of AIDS Holistics was secretly accused by AusAID lesbians Cox and Walker of sexually abusing children but was never arrested. AusAID and AFP knew they did not have a case. The accusation was against his own children. How would they take his children and coach them to tell lies about their father?
Within weeks, this incident was followed by a PLWHA attempt to set up the founder of Positive Living on a paedophile charge against another child.
It was against the child of the woman who said she saw people with HIV/AIDS buried alive in the highlands. She was an experienced liar. They almost succeeded in a kangaroo court to have the caretaker killed.

But then everyone were kicked out of the centre when the drunken "husband" of Maura Elaripe cut a large hole in a door with an axe during a drunken rampage at 3 Angels Centre. So much for Positive Living.

But the Australian Federal Police were up to their necks in throwing out the charge against Corporal John. But they are good at that.
You would think that deciding on the age of the daughters for giving evidence was a matter for the judge. Not when gays and lesbians in AFP are on the job.
What happened to the teacher working for AusAID who was accused of taking nude shots of girls at his school and having female students as lovers? He is somewhere "out of reach in North Queensland", so AFP tells us. It's great to work for AusAID. This teacher was heterosexual but working for AusAID.
Will AFP/ECP protect AusAID paedophiles from prosecution? But they are doing a good job. Just look at the way they pursued Moti and Martens. We do not have to be criminals to work for AusAID but it helps.
It is natural that the AusAID lesbians should not want a Court case involving violence at 3 Angels Care. They would be worried about the sleezy arrangement made between AusAID lesbians and the PLWHA thugs at 3 Angels Care.
The arrangement was that they could stay and be given AusAID funding permanently to keep the centre going as long as they stopped the setting up of the Positive Living Training Centre that was anathema to the gay and lesbian anti-family agenda.
Failing that, funding would be stopped until the founder of AIDS Holistics was removed. In the final month before closure, the funding was stopped which made the PLWHA hate the founder of AIDS Holistics and were even prepared to set him up and have him killed.
The AusAID homosexuals Elizabeth Cox, Stewart Watson, Sharon Walker and PLWHA ringleaders Peter Momo, Maura Elaripe and Margaret Marabe were all criminals who allowed 3 Angels Care to be removed from the custody of the owner.
Joe Lari was a good man but quite naive. He did not oppose the PLWHA who had hijacked his centre. He just prayed to God. Perhaps the founder of AIDS Holistics was the answer to his prayer. All the PLWHA were out of the centre within 5 months despite threats to the owner to burn down the centre.
A Court case would have been embarrassing. Questions would be asked about the permanent tenure of PLWHA and refusal to leave as part of Positive Living training for families. There would be questions about men living at the centre with the women and the violence.
There would be questions about prostitution at the centre. The matter would be raised of incoming people evicted at knife point.
