HIV INFECTION: FIRST DOWN - THEN UP

Earlier in the year, we were told by AusAID and UNAIDS that the infection rate of HIV had dropped by .9%. This they implied was due to distribution of condoms to everyone. Gay professor Toole of Burnett wrote to Jacksons Blog with the good news. Distribution of condoms is the gay strategy.

Now we read in the media Sunday Chronicle 18 September 2011 P.35 that the number of people with HIV has trebled. First down then up. This was advice from Dr Fabian Ndenzako from WHO.

AIDS Holistics had published a humorous formula by which to calculate the rise and fall of infection. But it seems not to be accepted. This was our response to the announced drop.
